Looking for a lasting solution to managing your wellbeing, healthy living and losing weight? Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that can assist in identifying and changing unwanted habits that may have led to weight gain or loss. With my personalised approach, I will work with you to develop a tailored plan to help you overcome any challenges you may be facing and develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
Session 1 & 2
During Session 1, we’ll begin with a consultation to understand your goals and any medical factors that may be contributing to the issue you're seeking to resolve. It's important to rule out any underlying medical causes, so we'll work together to determine the best approach for you. From there, in session 2 we'll dive into hypnotherapy techniques to help you achieve your desired outcome.
Session 3 and 4
We believe that true lifestyle changes take time and effort. That's why I recommend sessions 3 and 4 for anyone looking to make a lasting impact on their health and wellbeing. During these sessions, we'll continue to build upon the foundation established in sessions 1 and 2 and work together to make the positive and lasting changes you desire.
Weeks 5 and 6
Weeks 5 and 6 are the final stage to keep you on track in two-week intervals. In total, this is a two-month program.
